Company is an absolute joke! They have scheduled appointments two separate times and not shown up and didn’t bother to call me back…or waited until after the fact. They are unorganized, unprofessional, and truly don’t care about their customers at all. Boycott this business! If you get window treatments through a vendor like Budget Blinds, beg them not to use this installer because they suck a fat one!
Everyone in the world knows about covid so on that note! I thought I go by Bill's Drapery to inquire about window coverings for my windows. You'd think I committed a crime.
