Mixed experiences with this place. It’s not all bad, but I’ve received a lot of excuses about how busy they are, short-staffed, and also some empty promises from JR which I won’t explain here. I will say that I inquired about servicing a new Africa Twin on April 22, 2025 I purchased from Bill’s in February 2025 and was told they were booking into July and August. What a great experience I had here!!! Anna was fabulous to deal with and super helpful with getting my financing set up! This purchase was my first real off road vehicle and it was for my young son who’s a beginner and I have never ridden before so when we picked it up yesterday JR came out and explained a few things to my son about the bike… super helpful!!
