Mixed experiences with this place. It’s not all bad, but I’ve received a lot of excuses about how busy they are, short-staffed, and also some empty promises from JR which I won’t explain here. I will say that I inquired about servicing a new Africa Twin on April 22, 2025 I purchased from Bill’s in February 2025 and was told they were booking into July and August.
