Hired him to do numerous projects inclusive of tile. After approximately $2000, it became extremely evident that Bill had no idea what he was doing despite his more than frequent claims to the contrary. Didn't finish one single project!!! So before we did the tile, we let him go. He may have tile skills; but we couldn't afford to take the chance!
