Our KitchenAid oven quit heating to temp, so we called for repair. Bill’s came out right on time for the appointment, went right to work, and finished the fix quickly. The price was very reasonable for an in-home repair. We are completely happy with the quality repair received and the price paid.
Just ahead of Christmas, Bill fit me in for a Kitchen Aid range repair. He is a great guy does good work and is reasonable with his prices. If I could give a higher star rating he would get it. I must add that his team at the shop is super helpful as well. Great service all around.
Bill answered the phone right away when I called with an appliance question, and after helping me find the model number, talked me through my repair options. I appreciate that he shared his knowledge with me!
