Jay was upfront about my 2 yr. old washer and the cost of repairing it. We decided to just purchase a new one for the amount it would cost to replace the old one. No pressure, just honest answers. Much appreciated Jay. Thank you.
Great customer service!
I spoke with who I assume is the owner. He was very honest and polite when explaining he likely could not help. I cannot speak to his ability to fix appliances, but I do not think this is a person who will upsell or just try to get money out of people, which is extremely important in a business person.
This place was great, super helpful and nice people. =]
