Bill is a truly skilled appliance guru. We have trusted him with our Subzero service work for many years.

I spoke with who I assume is the owner. He was very honest and polite when explaining he likely could not help. I cannot speak to his ability to fix appliances, but I do not think this is a person who will upsell or just try to get money out of people, which is extremely important in a business person.
