it's ok, but the previous owner name Sam, i think was super, and always kept it clean and profesional, wished he had it again..New owner will not let off road or race cars there, what a shame, that WAS a great car wash, who knows, it's for sale, so hopefully someone will buy it that cares about what people think..hmmmm
