Outstanding service and body work done to my vehicle. I will not hesitate to recommend Bill's to anyone needing work done.
I want to thank everyone at Bills body shop for the work they have done on my vehicle. I want to most definitely thank Ray for his outstanding communication and being very helpful throughout the entire process of my truck being in the shop. I will most definitely be going back to him and his crew for any work that needs to be done to my vehicle. And I also recommend anyone to go to Bills Body shop in Lively Virginia.
Enough said, ray. Had to replace some worn out parts and my mechanic recommended this place for an alignment. Phone service is a joke out here so I stopped in to make an appt. Said I needed to make one for an alignment and dude asked, in the most unwelcome tone, what I did to it as if I'm beating my car up. Already a bad first impression. Told me what day I could drop the car off and they'd get to it when they get to it. No problem, I said that's fine as long as they don't mind me waiting. Did a great job. They were very helpful and easy to deal with. It didn't take them long to fix my car either. I didn't have to worry about any of the details. They took care of everything.
