Absolutely terrible hygiene, birds kept too close and contracting diseases, and breeders plucking is excused because they’re “rescues.” Rescued from what? What could be worse?

I just purchase a yellow Quaker. Bill was awesome to work with and got me the bird I wanted. I did everything online and Had it shipped. Bill was very knowledgeable and answered any of my question in a timely manner. When I picked up my baby at the air port she was very clean and healthy and very tame/nice like told. I will defiantly go back to bills if I need another as the prices are very reasonable as well.
