Great experience from start to finish. We walked in and did not get accosted by sales people. Big plus. Looked at many sofas - there is a great selection. Went to the counter, ordered our sofas in a very easy process. Also the absolute lowest price we found anywhere - both online and in a store! The sofas were delivered yesterday by the nicest group of young men. They were very polite, professional and they took extra care because it was raining. I was a little doubtful when I walked in the store as I didn't see a salesman rushing up to me as they usually do. When I got to the counter there was a salesman (Collin) who was smiling at me and very pleasant. I told him I was looking for a La-Z-Boy recliner in blue but not power. He showed me many recliners which were either to big or hard for me to open and close or weren't the right color blue. I finally saw a blue one just the right size but it was a power chair. Always buy furniture here , knowledge staff, helpful, friendly, get special orders in a timely fashion
Purchased a sofa from this place and it is awful: the cushions that one leans back against are somehow connected to the rear of the sofa making it impossible to move them therefore making it uncomfortable to sit on, the sitting portion is as hard as a rock. I believed in This store and I’m terribly disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for quality comfortable sofas.
