In 2005 I bought a sofa and matching love seat a d a lazy boy reclining chair...all in excellent shape like the day I bought them...except recliner having problems with foot pad coming up..and a little more worn on fabric probably because it gets used the most..anyway out today to Bill's to find a new one..and I hope my fiancee finds the one he wants ..I have also bought 2 kitchen island chairs and a desk combo for my computer room..love all of them..no issues with being or delivering...hope the best today in trying to purc... read more
Low pressure, easy going salesman & great location for us in the northeast. We searched many places, not finding what we wanted and Bill's had exactly what we were looking for.
I went there to buy a bed and was not greeted when I walked in. I was there for over 45 minutes and no one ever came to check on me or ask if I needed help . Everyone in the office looked right at my husband and I , made eye contact and went back to chatting with each other. They never once tried to engage in a conversation. Very disappointed in the rudeness of this business.
Visited this furniture shop while redecorating my home and found the experience very smooth. The staff were helpful and guided me with practical options. Delivery was punctual, and the furniture quality feels durable and well finished.
