I am very impressed with level of service that I received. My power recliner was not working. The hand control was broken. It only took one call to Bill’s and one day later, my recliner is working again. I highly recommend Bill’s Bedding for both sales and service.
I was a little doubtful when I walked in the store as I didn't see a salesman rushing up to me as they usually do. When I got to the counter there was a salesman who was smiling at me and very pleasant. I told him I was looking for a La-Z-Boy recliner in blue but not power. He showed me many recliners which were either to big or hard for me to open and close or weren't the right color blue. I finally saw a blue one just the right size but it was a power chair. Great experience! Staff was very kind, personable and transparent. I dread shopping for furniture but they guided me towards the perfect couch and mattress. The prices are very fair and quality is perfect! The icing on the cake was delivery! I’ll definitely be back
