Worst barbershop in West Virginia! The place is expensive. My haircut was probably the worst I’ve had in 24 Years here in West Virginia. The guy cutting my hair was rude and was engaging in politics I guess it wasn’t a very educated barbershop. Boycott Bill’s barbershop in Winfield!
