I took my car to Bills shop because I was having a grinding noise when I make turns. I’m not a car expert but anyone with any sense of basic vehicle knowledge would immediately assume that it’s something with the suspension. I called before hand and explained what my car was doing, I set up a day to drop it off. I explained again the issue I was having in person.
