Bill's fixes only what you ask them, never anything extra. They'll tell you, though, if there is something dangerous that you really need to address. Affordable.
Blew out a tire as a tourist in an unfamiliar area with a rental car, luckily only a mile from Bill's. The crew at Bill's helped me out with a change, gave advice on how to handle the car and connected me with the closest Enterprise location, all on zero notice and close to COB. Incredibly kind people who deserve all the business in the world -- I don't live anywhere nearby and don't own a car, but if I did, I wouldn't go anywhere else.
One year old brand new Toyota Camry 2024 engine wires got chewed by rodents. Bills fixed my car without calling me with an estimate or getting my permission to fix my car. They did not talk to me about repair they performed when I picked it up, just wanted money. They repaired chewed wires with tape(no shrink wrap-just a really bad tape job) and the job was negligent and careless. This is a major breach of repair.
