I’ve had issues from the start. Guy who towed my car DID NOT put it in neutral. Lied and tried to tell me “that’s how it’s done”. He was so high that when I asked him if he needed my keys, he almost handed me the keys out of his truck!! The towing manager (Karen, she’s the one who will answer your call) was extremely rude. I called one day to find out my total balance and the next time I called, there was an extra $60+ charge she “forgot” to mention the first time? Waited all day to get a tow was told he was waiting for the driver but didn’t know when he would be back didn’t keep me updated. I look for transparency in company’s and if you can get something done say that. Don’t have someone waiting all day when they need a tow and not say anything at all
