Had my own oil and filter and asked what they would charge to change it he said $50 ,I said what he said ya oil is expensive, but I had my own oil so idk

WORST GARAGE IN CARTER COUNTY,TENNESSEE,NEEDED MY JEEP FIXED IN A PINCH,WAS TOLD IT WAS THE RADIATOR ($279)SO WE SAID OK,THEN WAS TOLD IT WAS THE THERMOSTAT ($100)N AGAIN SAID OK REPLACE IT,2.5 GALLONS ANTIFREEZE($60) N THE THEY REPLACED WATER PUMP N SAID THAT WAS FREE OF CHARGE AND TOTAL CAME TO ($600),and after week of driving it noticed it steaming n a antifreeze smell,I got to looking it over an finding a bolt not tightened on water pump and other bolts missing after all ther work was done.So I take it back to garage and... read more

Let me start off by saying, I’m giving one star because that’s the lowest it will allow. Dropped my car off in February for a transmission issue. Was told it was in fact the transmission and the owner, Bill, knows reputable dealers to get a used one for a fair price. Fair enough. I paid him in full the day I dropped the car off. ($3100) They installed 3 used transmissions and on the 3rd after about 4 months of having the vehicle in their possession released the car to me with a 30 day warranty on the used transmission.
