This is the WORST, Most UNPROFESSIONAL person I have EVER had to deal with. My situation is simple, I asked for one thing to be done and not only was it NOT done but it took 3 times the amount of time to complete then promised, AND most of the work wasn't done AT ALL. I had another Mechanic look at the work done and was told that majority of work either contained USED/SPRAY_PAINTED parts or wasn't done at all.
