I towed my car on 1-hour's notice to the shop because I had a flat and had lost the wheel lock key. Very difficult "spinners" to remove, but Bill was very persistent, and by sacrificing a couple of tools to damage, he was able to get them off very quickly. Super nice guy, great service, fair price. Bill has done more for me as a customer than any mechanic has ever been able to.
