Fast, friendly, knowledgeable, fair. The mechanic I'll judge all mechanics by for the rest of my life. Starting coming to Bill's in 2014, still amazing in 2026.
I towed my car on 1-hour's notice to the shop because I had a flat and had lost the wheel lock key. Very difficult "spinners" to remove, but Bill was very persistent, and by sacrificing a couple of tools to damage, he was able to get them off very quickly. Super nice guy, great service, fair price.
