While have used their services several times in the past, communication is a disaster. A number of times both I and my wife have called multiple times a day for 3 days in a row, left messages and texts only for them not to be returned. And when they are answered, we are told they will call us right back and then nothing. Their "shop" looks like a junk yard. Edit to my previous review. Although the communication can be improved, they were professional and apologetic about not getting back to me for 3 days. Heard good things about them so keeping my appointment considering the dealerships I called basically told me I didn't know what I was talking about and what do women know...edit to this review. Kept my appointment and they did work in my car, oil change, valve cover gasket, ball joints etc. The problem now is the valve cover gasket FAILED and i have a rough idle and oil in my... read more
