I have had 2 windshields replaced by Bill's this year. The service tech was on time and provided fast friendly curb side service. I have NOT had any problems with my new auto glass. Great price and a new windshield in about 1 hour. What more could you ask?

Great service! The technician came to the house where I was working as a nanny & fixed my chip on the windshield of my car. He explained the process & did it to perfection! He explained the warranty & I was very pleased with the conditions. So far, my windshield looks great & I would use them again.
They were nice on the phone from the get go. Then when Don came out to do the work, was very friendly. At first they thought I needed a window regulator, but once he got into it, it turns out I did not need the part. So instead of saying "you still need the part" he fixed the problem and only charged me for labor.....some places would go ahead and rip you off.
From the initial phone call to the completion and approval of work this company was great to work with. I needed a window regulator replaced on my electric window. The window was down and an impending rainstorm on the way. I needed help and I needed it fast!
