I had a very positive experience with Bill's TV. They were responsive and flexible in working with us to update old systems in our home, sometimes with new equipment and sometimes getting old equipment back to working order. Justin was very helpful and willing to work through the different options until we found the right balance. Cody did almost all the installation work and was creative in finding workarounds (when appropriate) to avoid throwing out old but still functioning components. I had Bill's install my Starlink system. We have no option for wired internet and the T-Mobile gateway was not reliable and pretty slow. Justin came out and identified a great spot for the dish, then Jonathan and Cody did the install. Everyone was so polite and efficient.
