The absolute WORST repairman ever!! He has been working since 1974 and has no idea how the newer appliances work. I called him to fix my washing machine. He was here for an hour and a half and then finally told me after he took MOST of it apart that the tub seal was bad so it was junk. To make a long story short, I did not trust him so we called the 1-800 number for the LG company.
