Our washer went out on a Tuesday it was Friday before they could come out. Then was told it would be the following Friday before the part would be in. Called the Thursday before to check on status of part to be told it was scheduled to be in on Friday as told. We sent up plans for Monday to have repair done. Monday came and never heard anything so I called myself to be told that the part was just delivered on Monday that it would Tuesday. For years I used Bill's Appliance Service and got good service. When the firm moved, the whole service seemed to change. I had two really bad experiences that were costly, and getting quick service was difficult. The office staff seemed uninterested at best. Maybe it's changed, but I gave up after the second time.
I use Bills Appliance at my home and duplex in Ruston and am 100% PLEASED with their quick service and what they fix STAYS FIXED! :)
