Basically a dishonest company. Repairman guaranteed replacing the defroster on my fridge would solve the problem. It didn t, but cost me \$360.00. They then offered to replace the compressor for \$500.00. I bought a new fridge from Sears which I would have done had I known it was the compressor in the first place. I asked for half the money back. They refused. Save yourself a headache. Call someone else.
Be careful of hidden charges! These guys quoted me \$54.95 for a same-day service call, and said that \$25 of that would be waived if they did the repair. What they didn t tell me (although I asked) was that their minimum labor charge is \$138, plus a \$30 charge for diagnostics, regardless of how long the repair takes.
