Everyone at BlueCompass Winston Salem was a very pleasure to work with, especially Randy, Logan and Aaron in parts & service. Randy was very patient and helpful as we tried to choose the best travel trailer for our situation. I never felt pressured, they had a good selection and they were timely with responses to questions. Randy was especially wonderful when we brought our 4 grandchildren to see final choices!! I highly recommend this location and team!
A great place to purchase our new RV. Brynn, Josh, Ryan,Thomas, Bllyss, Heather, and Matt were phenomenal in every aspect.
Update 9/15/2025.... THIEVES and LIARS!!! Avoid this place at all costs! I bought a used unit from them and they charged me $800+ to service and prep the unit before I picked it up. Everything stated to me by the Lying salesman (Josh Crow) they were going to do was never done! Not to mention several issues with the unit delaying my delivery of it when I came to pick it up. Parts were still broken on it whenI went to pick it up and they don't lift a finger to help you hook it up. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!!! ... read more
