THIS REVIEW IS FOR "0"STARS! I PAID MY AEP BILL WITH ITS MANDATORY USE OF BILLMATRIX. BILLMATRIX PROCESSED MY PAYMENT THREE TIMES! THEIR UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES CAUSED MULTIPLE OVER DRAFT FEES! THEIR SERVICE REPRESENATIVE SAID THEY COULD NOT STOP THESE UNAUTHORIZED WITHDRAWLS! THIS IS NOT AN HONEST COMPANY! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!
I would give zero stars. I hate this company they should be sued.
This company is ridiculous and should be sued. I paid my electric bill and was charged triple I am furious they said I would have to wait 10 days to get my money back. This has to be against the law. They should be put out of business
