I recently had a windshield crack in the -17 degree weather. I reached out to Billion Onsite Auto Glass and Joe Wagner picked up the phone and guided me through the entire process. He explained my windshield options in detail and was very patient with all of my questions. Once I showed up to have the glass installed, I told him I was going to wait across the street at a restaurant and he even offered to drop me off and pick me up. Brenda and her Awesome team of professionals were able to replace the windshield of my 2021 Jeep Wrangler quickly & professionally to get me on my way to YNP. Their service area is clean and Everyone was helpful and courteous. I will definitely use them again for my next Jeep windshield.
Shop somewhere else...waste of time. I went in for some lighting accessories and spent over an hour figuring it all out. Sales guy was pretty good until it came to the actual execution. After making sure we had "next day" shipping I called two day later and still wasn't ordered. I am all for support our local community however I got on line and ordered it in two minutes and have it the next day and saved 65 dollars. You wont find me shopping here any more. Not just for jeeps, Onsite handles glass replacement for all makes and models. Montana driving is hard on windshields. Over the years I've been here many times to replace cracked windshields. The service is always fast and friendly. I like that I can drop off early and pick up late.
