Making an appointment is useless. My appointment was at 8:30 am, I arrived at 8:20 but my service didn’t start until about 9:45 am. When I made my appointment, I was told I shouldn’t owe anything at time of service. I purchased my jeep from Billion and assumed that I still had warranty oil changes, that assumption was my first mistake. When I arrived we discussed a new cabin air filter, still no price quote. Stripped bolts out of 2 separate vehicles. Disorganized and zero accountability.
Louis was a great guy and got me in next day. Service was fast and done well.
Had an amazing experience with my first oil change/mount and balance. I called to schedule and they got me in the next afternoon. I was prepared to wait a couple hours, but they had me in and out in 45 minutes. Super happy with the video they sent after service, as I am a visual person, so seeing everything top notch was a huge bonus! 10/10.
