Louis was a great guy and got me in next day. Service was fast and done well.
Had an amazing experience with my first oil change/mount and balance. I called to schedule and they got me in the next afternoon. I was prepared to wait a couple hours, but they had me in and out in 45 minutes. Super happy with the video they sent after service, as I am a visual person, so seeing everything top notch was a huge bonus! 10/10.
I used to like going to Jeep for the quick and easy oil changes/tire rotation. I was the first person in line and the oil change took almost 2 hours to complete. Being a female I also feel like they try to take advantage of you and upsell you on everything. They noted my air filters were dirty and will need attention when those were just changed not to long ago by my fiancé. They told me my battery was going bad and will need attention also.
