I used to like going to Jeep for the quick and easy oil changes/tire rotation. I was the first person in line and the oil change took almost 2 hours to complete. Being a female I also feel like they try to take advantage of you and upsell you on everything. They noted my air filters were dirty and will need attention when those were just changed not to long ago by my fiancé. They told me my battery was going bad and will need attention also. I recently visited the Billion Motors Quick Lane Oil Change location and had an extremely disappointing experience. Despite being the 2nd car in line this morning at 7 am, I have now been here for 2 hours. The communication is terrible, and the service is slow. At one point after 1 hour I asked how it was going and was informed that the tech had to watch a YouTube video to learn how to check my Cabin Air filter!? I have a fairly common truck. I recently visited the Billions Motors Quick Lane Oil Change location and had an extremely disappointing experience. Despite being the second car in line this morning, I have been here for almost 2 hours. The communication was terrible, and the service was slow as molasses. There is absolutely nothing "express" about this service. I expected a quick and efficient oil change but was left frustrated and dissatisfied. I would not recommend this place if you're looking for prompt service.
Worst oil change service in the Gallatin Valley. JC Billion in general has gone so down hill as a whole since Joe gave this business to his son. It’s a shame. I will never use them again nor will I recommend them. Don’t use the service or any service here. Take your business else where. Walmart can do a better job. It’s so disappointing.
Went to the express lane that is walk ins on Saturdays to be told that they are doing appointment only due to high volume. When I got there, there were zero cars in or outside of the Service department and no vehicles being worked on. The person with the "8oclock" appointment didn't even show up to the appointment and I was there at 8:10 and met with a rude employee who said i should bring this up to his manager and went back inside.
