My car has been in two collisions in the past two years (neither my fault haha) and Billion Collision has fixed it up amazingly both times. The first time, they helped me get a rental car for while I didn’t have my car, and this most recent time they gave me a loaner car and no charge. They have made the process smooth and easy to understand and I would go back again if my car needs it (hopefully not! Haha!).
Unfortunately I have to revisit this review. I took another vehicle to Billion after a collision in October of 2024. There were some issue I had when I received the car back, they could not get the ACC or Lane Assist to work properly. Billion Collision Repair - Iowa City did not disappoint. Great communication and no surprise charges at all. They were honest, quick, and explained the work clearly. Definitely worth a visit if you're in Iowa City.
Really disappointing quality. A little over a year after I got a repair done here and the clear coat is flaking off. I’ve moved now and their warranty only covers them fixing it... why would I want the people that screwed up the paint to re paint it? Now I have to go out of pocket. 2 stars because Shelby was nice on the phone. Update: the number they gave me to try and resolve things was just to a sales manager in another state who had literally no idea what was going on or how to fix it. They are a rip off. They charge you $130 prior to your appt. My daughter got an oil change so her total was $256 after the assessment charge of $130. They didn’t even air up her tires or put in washer fluid when they checked it over. THAT IS NOT GOOD CUSTOMOR SERVICE! Never again!
