My repair was delayed three separate times. After the final delay, I was told the car would be ready on the 30th. When that date arrived, I had to call late in the day to check the status and was then told it would be pushed to Monday. I was never proactively notified when the vehicle was actually completed. And excellent repair of my car was amazing. my car was cleaned on the inside as well and I was so satisfied.
My vehicle has experienced water intrusion. I brought it in for inspection, and I was told that everything was normal. However, the same issue happened again. I called for support, and I was only advised to wait for further assistance.
The Stew Hansen team did a great job repairing my car and even delivered it back to me after the repairs were done!
