This is the third time I have used stew Hansen for collision repairs on my car (not all of which have been my fault!). Each time i have been treated very well, the repairs are done seamlessly and if the need arises i will return to this outstanding company. I have used both locations and they are both great!

I had the worst experience dealing with this body shop. I wouldn't recommend Stew Hansen even if they were the last body shop on planet earth. They did not accurately document the damage on my car before taking it all apart, and causing more damage. They could not diagnose my cars issue at the collision center. Without consulting me, they decided to drive my damaged car illegally over to their truck service center over a mile away, after they had removed all the protective under shields and my front bumper that had my licens... read more

My repair was delayed three separate times. After the final delay, I was told the car would be ready on the 30th. When that date arrived, I had to call late in the day to check the status and was then told it would be pushed to Monday. I was never proactively notified when the vehicle was actually completed. I only found out when I called in. The quality of the repair may be fine, but the communication throughout the process was poor.
