I came 20 minutes early to an appointment to get an oil change and get my spare key programmed and was told it "Takes about an hour". I waited for well over 90 minutes before I told them I would come back for the programming because it was taking way too long. They said it would be another 15 minutes. After 15 more minutes I told them I would come back another time. Then I got told when I come back it will be 45 minutes.
