Jaden, the service writer, is really good at their job. Excellent communication and service.Chris, in sales, also excellent, I almost want to buy a new vehicle every year.
I have been taking my vehicle here for years and have found them to be fair and reasonable!
Everything went well. Got done what was needed and the price was reasonable . The front staff were not necessarily friendly but got the job done. One thing that may or may not be your issue my Hyundai app hasn’t undated so it still say I need service work. But it didn’t update last time either. I wise someone could fix that situation. I have serviced my car every 5000 miles since I purchased it from Hyunda new. Thank
I was on the market for new Hyundai Palisades Calligraphy. After not so pleasant experience with another dealership I noticed that Bilion Hyundai had exactly what I wanted- ideal color and interior of the vehicle. I have contacted Mike and Chris who gave me the outstanding deal . The whole process was incredibly smooth and stress free. I highly recommend this dealership and look forward to working with them in the future.
Smooth process. Could not have been a better experience. The service rep was respectful and able to answer all of my questions concerning my vehicle connectivity and service. All was done in a reasonable time as I waited in a clean and comfortable area. Thank you so much!
