Received no communication about services while Billion had my car, had to call multiple times for updates that turned out to be incorrect, was told it would take a week - took almost 3, zero accountability. Do not do business here. George’s policy is “drop your car off whenever, it will take a week and we’ll get it done” but what they should tell you instead is “drop your car off whenever, it’ll be here for 3 weeks minimum no matter what”
My last several visits to Billion have been an exercise in futility. Try a four hour wait for a quicky oil change. Just this morning calling the body shop elicited a message telling me to leave a message. But of course my call matters to them - sure. Another time my daughter in law had a problem with her air bags on her Grand Cherokee and the service dept quoted her over $4,500 to replace all four air bags. She took it to an independent shop in Bozeman and turns out there was only a problem with one bag and labor and materia... read more
Excellent, fast work
Worst auto body shop. They will damage your car when they fix your car. They have horrible communication and will not fix there mistakes unless they get paid extra to fix it. Greedy incompetent business. DO NOT GO HERE! Not worth the hassle.
