My Mother's basement flooded 1-12-26. Her hot water went out. Billington showed and supposedly relit the pilot and we was good. I get home from work today and she said my hot water went out again. Billington shows... here for 10-15 mins relit the pilot and charges 160 dollars! How do we know he did it right the day before! Then blames me when I never touched the hot water heater! Will be calling tom to figure out why she was charged the MAX amount! I feel as tho my 77 year old mother was overcharged and taken advantage of!

floyd & company did what was expected installed the new furnace & updated what was needed , professional , & performed the tasks when they said they would , you can't ask for anything more
