Awesome experience! Recently I took my lincoln in due to issues with my phone not syncing up with my radio. The service department, specifically the service manager Tom Maiberger took care of me personally. He was very friendl, cheerful and so helpful at explaining what my problem was and how to fix it, along with updating my system for me. He made my first experience with a dealership the best! I HAD THE PLEASURE OF WORKING WITH MR. DAVE SHARKEY WHO MADE THE REPAIRS TO MY 2013 FORD FOCUS STRESS FREE. MR. SHARKEY DID ALL LEG WORK WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANY, MONITORED ALL REPAIR WORK AND KEPT ME INFORMED OF STATUS OF WORK, ESTIMATE OF REPAIR AND WHEN VEHICLE WOULD BE FIXED. IT WAS A PAINLESS EXPERIENCE. I MUST ALSO ADD THE FINISHED REPAIRS WERE EXCELLENT. I COULD NOT EVEN TELL THERE WAS ANY DAMAGE IF I DID NOT SEE IT FIRST.
