I have used Billings for three years and found their techs to be highly competent and dependable. Recently, my unit was not blowing cool air. I contacted Billings and they were booked out two weeks. Therefore, I contacted Carolina Heating and Air in Roaring Gap. They sent two techs out to check my system and charge the refrigerant. Back in 2022, I had shopped around and received several different quotes for a full HVAC install. I almost went with a competitor that year because the competitor offered financing. Once I read the quote and payment terms from that competitor, I said there was absolutely no way I was paying that much. I decided I was going to wait it out and get the money together, some how, some way, to hire Billings. I don’t just leave a review at the drop of a hat. Billings Heating and Air is a company I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Taylor, Eric, Justin, and Jennifer ALL have gone above, and beyond to replace our failed HVAC system. The cost was far lower than expected, and the replacement system is top of the line, and manufacturers are right here in the USA. IF your in need of an HVAC, or just looking for a maintenance schedule I highly recommend Billings Heating and Air.
