Noone at urgent care desk, ancient woman at next desk said she didn't feel like helping and sent us to the other end of the hospital where they refused to look us. What a joke. Drive across town for actual care
got a piece of metal in my eye. Was in very quickly and got everything taken care of. Super fast and professional. Very happy with the service.
Had to leave a 5 star review because Leon C is being a Karen about the way someone answered the phone. Though I'm about to come in here to get a piece of glass out of my finger, so hopefully this review doesn't change. Going off other experiences in person, I'd say chances are high that I'll leave happy and satisfied.
I had Lauren as my nurse and Shane Graham as a PA. Both were wonderful, nice and knowledgeable. Very grateful to have had them helping me.
I went in and I was seen promptly. I am so use to waiting for hours for care that I was shocked! They addressed my concerns and I was on my way quickly.
