Today at 12:40 pm a bus pulled into the roundabout at Shilo/Monad and did not see all the traffic in the roundabout. I missed hitting this bus by inches. The light on the back of the bus was #13. Is is possible this driver believed we would all stop for him?

This morning at around 10:03 AM, I was waiting for Route 7 at Monad Road and 32nd Street. I was clearly standing right there, under the blue bench and next to the bus stop sign. However, the driver did not stop at all. He didn’t even slow down or look in my direction，he just drove past. I am extremely frustrated because this is the second time the same male driver has caused me to miss the bus. It seems like this keeps happening specifically with him. I was expecting to be at school right now but the bus drove pass me as i was waiting at the bus stop. Why run a transportation company if your drivers can’t even follow instructions . The same exact driver that just drove past me also fell asleep on the bus while in the drivers seat.

I use Met Special Transit for all of my medical appointments,, the dispatchers have been so pleasant to work with,, even when they are obviously very busy and stressed, they have been kind and considerate with me,, the drivers are exceptionally accommodating and help in every way they can . I don’t want to leave anyone out, because I have not had any bad experiences with any driver. I can’t remember all names, but James and Billie are two that I know by name that are exceptionally kind and helpful. This is a great service!!
