I could not be more complimentary of Dr. Billings and his staff. Very competent and professional.
I had an appointment at 9:30 this morning. I had to wait for more than an hour to see the CRNP. It only took about less than 10 minutes to see her. I finally got out of the office at 11:00. When I was waiting in the waiting room, I overheard her talking about things that were obviously not work related. I understand if she wants to chat, but if she needs more time to see each patient, the office shouldn't schedule everyone so tight and just let us sit in a dark room while we wait on her. Dr. Billings has been my GI physician for over 20 years. I could not recommend him enough!! He is sympathetic, knowledgeable, and caring!! His staff is wonderful
I have been a patient of Dr Billings for over 10 years. I go in every Spring for a check up and a colonoscopy every 3 years. I had an appt for my check up this Thursday. A lady from his office called and tried to tell me I need a referral to see them. I explained that my plan does not require a referral. I offered to send her a copy of my plan booklet ( which clearly states no referral needed) or she could call Blue Cross and verify herself. She wasn't interested in doing either.
