Lovely people and the place is always smells good!
Great customer service
The selections for the semi annual sale are terrible. The site has better options but 6.99 to ship when I've had orders arrive in pieces is not an option. I'm starting to shop less and less with the company. Looking at other avenues for bath and body products. Also the selections are always the same. How about bring back some classic aromatherapy scents? I know I'm tired of the limited choices in stores and when your items are NOT guaranteed to arrive undamaged.
