I’ve seen Billie Sue for a long time and here’s WHY- Billie cares about finding out the root cause of my symptoms- so my issues are not having a bandaid thrown on them. She listens to me, I feel heard and i am not an easy patient. i do not do well on most pharmaceuticals and she listens to how i feel and cares and helps me explore other options. If you’re looking to be treated with respect, kindness and GENUINE caring. Then Billie Sue is for you!
She has no right to even have a license and be practicing. I can't even believe what she's done to me. She has put me in an absolute nightmare where I feel like I could actually die because of what she's done. She is not trustworthy and she changes her story/mind every other day and will gaslight you into thinking you're the problem. It's completely confusing and unprofessional.
She was a great doctor. She really tried to help and get to the bottom of things. However, she needed better front desk staff, a more knowledgeable medical assistant, and more help in general. Everything was unorganized and chaotic because she simply had too much on her plate. Nobody ever answered the phones or called back even after several messages were left.
