We ordered custom dance uniforms for a team in August of 2017. After paying a 50% deposit, we received nothing. No samples, no uniforms, and no communications from the store. We reached out to them multiple times by email, phone, and in person and have requested a refund. 8 months later, we still have not gotten a uniforms, a response or a refund. We paid a good size deposit to Billiejo for wholesale swimsuits back in mid March 2018 and haven’t heard anything from them since sending it to them. We recently have tried calling (disconnected number), emailing many times, and even messaging on Instagram. We contacted our bank about this, and they told us to file a police report for theft. We want to resolve this without having to resort to that, but will have to if we don’t hear back very soon. Not surprised AT ALL by all the negative comments left here. I ordered a swim suit on March 20, 2018. Received a shipping notification on March 22, 2018. The label had been printed, but the package was never actually taken to be shipped. I called and emailed 4 times before speaking to someone. I was given some story about an employee being hospitalized and that’s why it was never shipped... From there, I heard nothing. I personally know the people who run this store. They are truly trying to make the best from what they have. I love everything that they are selling and I believe that they will get better and better in the future. They’re great people and have amazing stuff!!!!
