Billie is incredible! She had our house listed and advertised on every platform you could think of Saturday and had an offer on Sunday! She is precise, professional and friendly! Billie walked me through so much I didn’t even know about buying a home. She was available on a moments notice to help or show homes with me and handled everything from start to finish to make it a pleasant experience for me. My realtor contacted her and said that the two sellers did not want to do any type of negotiation that you could do an inspection but don't try and get the price lowered, that the price would be what is agreed upon. Placed a offer on the listing , she told us that we should know by 4pm and here it is hours later nothing from her. Some people lack common courtesy. UPDATE: 5 hours later they are in " negotiating another offer " with someone else umm you told us that you didn't want to negotiate with anyone?
Billie was awesome! She seen the property and had it listed the same day and multiple offers the same week. Would not hesitate to list another property or have her find my perfect place to buy. Absolutely wonderful experience!
