We had such an amazing experience with Billie! We had a rough start trying to sell our house (not with Billie), but Billie was very supportive and communicative throughout the entire selling process. Billie walked me through so much I didn’t even know about buying a home. She was available on a moments notice to help or show homes with me and handled everything from start to finish to make it a pleasant experience for me. My realtor contacted her and said that the two sellers did not want to do any type of negotiation that you could do an inspection but don't try and get the price lowered, that the price would be what is agreed upon. Placed a offer on the listing , she told us that we should know by 4pm and here it is hours later nothing from her. Some people lack common courtesy. UPDATE: 5 hours later they are in " negotiating another offer " with someone else umm you told us that you didn't want to negotiate with anyone?
