I'm only writing this review because I'm so confused. The first thing I was asked was what kind of insurance I had. When I told her, she said, well you have to pay upfront here. We don't take any kind of insurance. I was confused because she asked me what kind of insurance I had while chewing something while she was on the call. She then said, we don't take any kind of medicaid. I never mentioned medicaid. She said she was trying to save me from paying out of pocket since they didn't except any insurance. Dr. Jackson is fabulous…my favorite doctor ever. She is extremely thorough, kind, and knowledgeable. I can’t say enough good things about her. I wish all doctors were like Dr Jackson (and her staff). The best!
