I don't know if the Cedar Rapids shop has a relationship with the Coralville shop but the CR shop's service people sucks! I called 3 different times in approximately a month timeframe to request someone come to professional clean our spa, shop staff advised Ivy would call to set up appointment for job, I never received a call back, never an appointment made... Really, does the CR shop have too many clients already , we are clients too, we buy all our chemicals at the CR shop... Well maybe no more, after all, we seen firsthan... read more
Hired Paradise Pool and Design, a service of Billiard and Spa Gallery to remodel our pool in 2013. Pool remains unfinished and unusable as of June, 2014, Work is very poor and the pool was left with dangerous sharp edges, holes, bad concrete work, 3 different colors of paint, and an unfinished skimmer basket. Very, Very unsatisfied.
