I ordered my contemporary pool table twice! I loved the first one so much but had to sell it when we sold our last home furnished. So I repurchased it again. The Billiard Factory sent out two of their employees to put deeper pockets into the table. They were fast, efficient, friendly, and professional

A recent order of their top of the line pool table felt left me completely satisfied. The order was ready within two business days, and over that time period I received two follow up calls keeping me updated on the order’s progress as well as reconfirmation of pickup location and their hours. I know to some that is standard customer service, but in today’s retail climate that blew me away.
