Booked home visit for my mum. Told a Dr would come that day. No visit. Lots of lies and excuses from practice. They even blamed another organisation. Practice Manager didn't respond to my written complaint. Requested visit from district nurses for dressings and Amanda the receptionist told me to fill in a form online. Not able to tell if the online form would be looked at that day. Tried to explain that carers requesting my mums legs were dressed but Amanda kept talking over me and telling me the phones are recorded. No empa... read more
I’ve been very happy with the care I received at this GP practice during my pregnancy and now with my baby’s newborn vaccinations. The doctors, nurses, midwives, and reception staff have all been kind, helpful, and professional. I really appreciate their support and the respectful way they treat patients.
