Asked Rick to diagnose a problematic engine oil leak that drips. Spent literally 3 minutes looking. No wiping. No dye. No dirty hands. "Looks pretty clean, I don't know. Maybe oil pan, maybe rear seal. Or just spread kitty litter where you park. $60 please" No exaggeration. Plus I wasted an hour for him to open his shop since he was sweepy.
I really enjoyed my experience dealing with Rick & Biller Automotive! We are new to Waynesville just moving in 2 weeks prior. We started having brake issues with our Toyota Minivan. A local who we recently met at the grocery store recommended Rick & Biller Automotive. Thank you to that very nice man for the recommendation, Rick was awesome! Nice guy, honest and straight-forward. His workmanship was 5 stars! I highly recommend Rick & Biller Automotive!
I will never allow anyone else but Rick Biller to care for my car. Between the flood and trying to get a specialized part for my car that had to come from Tennessee, Rick had to keep my car for several weeks ( which I didn’t mind as I’m retired). He had my car when the flood came and when he was able to call , he assured me my car was safe inside the locked bay and high up on the lift. I can’t tell you how relieved I was. I had a wonderful experience will Biller Auto repair. I had issues with my brakes which lead to a very frightening experience coming down off a mountain. He pushed aside his other work to make mine a priority. He got me right in and gave me a reasonable price. Very pleased.
