Billee is amazing! We had a newborn at home while selling our house and she helped set us up for success with creative staging and scheduling! And when we had to fix a couple of things after our inspection she helped us get everything taken care of in time for our sale to go through. Billee is also a fantastic communicator, we always felt kept in the loop and she would answer any questions we had. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone that is selling their home.

Billee Silva is absolutely a phenomenal real estate agent. She is very honest and open in her communication. She will NOT tell you what she THINKS you want to hear but she will tell you what you NEED to hear.
