Billee Silva is an amazing realtor. She did a fabulous job at selling my condo in a very difficult climate. She showcased it beautifully. My condo was the only one in my complex to sell in this last 6 months. I can not thank her enough. It is important in this area to find a reputable, reliable and experienced real estate agent. I contacted Billee because of her great reviews. We were working together long distance (I was in Ohio, then overseas.) Billee was always available and was great with all communication. She offered great recommendations and, even after the sale, she made sure my transition to Florida was smooth. I can't recommend her enough. If you need a realtor that will go "above and beyond" and someone who loves what she does, Billee is the person to call !!!!
