My doctor before I had kids, delivered my son and is our family doctor! couldn't ask for a better doctor. Genuinely loving and kind to my kids and I. Held my son with sincere love and compassion. A true physician with a heart of gold. Lucky to have her!
Dr. Billau is a top-notch, caring doctor. She is a great listener and really takes the time to know her patients and help them make the most informed decisions. Every time I see her I feel fortunate to have her as my PCP. Lovely and professional, and I trust her with my healthcare. Highly recommend.
I had been seen by Dr Billau for a few years now. When I was in distress-and speaking to a Dr on her help line, who had previously assaulted me on a date-for medication I ran out of. The more distressed I became, the worse her staff and she herself treated me. Amber Chervette or something along those lines, was TERRIBLE on the phone. And to my father, in person and on the phone.
