Hello, I was recommended to go to Billabong. I was impressed with the service given by Jo and Duncan in the shop. Many thanks for your help with my pool. I ordered a site visit for a small leak in my filter and Rick came. What a patient and professional man was Rick. He took the time to explain what was happening with my filter and used his knowledge to not only diagnose but fix my leak. I would recommend this company and especially the service staff! .
