One of the drivers last year cut me off at the roundabout and made me spill my coffee all over my new Mercedes Benz GLE 300. I spec'd it with a frost white interior so I needed to get an expedited cleaning fee from a detailer as I was going to be late for a client meeting.

I ordered a site visit for a small leak in my filter and Rick came. What a patient and professional man was Rick.
