I have dealt with Robbie and staff at Billabong Pools Maroochydore on several occasions and they are great. Robbie is extremely conscientious, has great customer service skills and a pleasure to do business with. He goes out of his way to make the customer feel welcome. He always tries his hardest to give the best deal. They are always punctual with repairs, do a great job. I would highly recommend this store to anyone needing assistance with pool service and goods.
Have popped into this buisness for a few items and assistance and each time the guys gave excellent service and advice. Keep it up.
These guys go above and beyond. Xmas Eve my pool filter broke down. They sourced me a part from out the back, just so the pool could keep going over the holidays. Amazing service, amazing people .... You saved Christmas for us. Thank you so much !
Upon the passing of my husband, I contacted them in June 2025 to help with the pool. They came in, did a service, changed some parts and charged $642/50 with an email stating this work would go a long way. The team that attended was very nice. Fast forward Nov 2025, I called and got a guy called Nick on the service call. I asked how he was and he went quiet and didn't respond, so I asked again, how he was and with further hesitation responded - ok.
