Edie and Brian are amazing hosts. They go over and beyond to make you feel welcome. They are so friendly. We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms and the beds were comfortable and linen fresh. The shower was amazing, just what we needed after a hard day's work. We swam in the pool which was beautiful and relaxing. Thank you for a lovely stay.
While this motel is quiet nice, neat and tidy the bed are like solid ground and it feels like your sleeping on a board not a mattress I spent two nights here and could not sleep either one bc of the bed
Loved my stay here at the Billabong Motel. I just drove into Gunnedah not intending to stay in Gunnedah. Felt tired and found this cute motel. The owner was so lovely and upgraded me into a better room, at the price of the room I wanted. Swam in there very clean saltwater pool. I’d highly recommend this motel.
Grounds getting a facelift today removed old palms before the storm season
We had a one night stay at the Billabong motel with our 2 dogs. Great for just a quick stay and is pet friendly. I had the best shower in a long time, the shower head was amazing, just what was needed after a long days drive. I also forgot my shampoo and conditioner, and it was provided in pump bottles which was great. Would stay here again.
